Changes made:

New Zealand Police Highway Patrol Liveries: White, Red, Blue.
New Zealand Police Tape.

Removed 'Victoria' from the inside radio.

Removed 'Australia' from the First Aid Kit.

Changed computer from Australia to New Zealand.
