Wheeling WV, FD Liveries for RedSaint's Seagraveengine and Rescue. 1.0.0

I made these two liveries just with some spare time because I thought it would be fun. I've decided to release them just in case anyone decides to just fool with them. 

You'll need RedSaint's Seagrave Engine and Rescue which you can find them here --> FD - Pack (OLD) - RedSaint Mods

I take no credit for the vehicles just the liveries on them.
