This is just a little pack i made for myself. It inspired by New Mexico State Police and the Nevada Highway Patrol. However the crest image is not mine and i apologize i am not sure whose it is. 

 

The vehicles used are from Infidelplz, and Raylan Givens they are paid models. DO NOT message me asking for them.
