I made this LAPD 2016 Ford Explorer Livery along with 2 other LAPD Liveries which will also be posted on my profile. Sorry for the weird cropping on the images. My FiveM Server used for testing these liveries was having a HUD bug and I tried cropping it out. The vehicle files can be found at: https://gtapolicemods.com/files/file/1607-non-els-scpd-megapack-fictional/

Use OpenIV to open the vehicle files. Click the 'edit' button on the top right of the window. Open the '.ytd' file, and drop the livery file into the window. Then click ok, and save it.
