2018 Charger and 2011 Caprice California Highway Patrol Livery 2.0.0

Hello!

I have decided to make a 2018 Dodge Charger livery for the California Highway Patrol along with a 2011 Caprice. If there are any known bugs, please join my discord and let me know. https://discord.io/belsonmodifications

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
1) Download the RAR File, you will need a program to open this file, it is recommended to use Winrar
2) Open the YTD of the preferred vehicle
3) Change the name of this file to the name of the livery in your YTD.
4) Replace your YTD with the one from OpenIV.
5) Drag and drop it into your resources.
6) Put it in your server.cfg "start [file name]"
7) Have Fun roleplaying as CHP!!!

No modifications were physically done to the car as it is not my right. The only thing that changed was the livery.
