A 2020 RCMP FPIU livery for all my fellow Canadian LSPDFR players! Enjoy!

I also included an ELS xml file for the FPIU so the lighting is as close as possible to an RCMP pattern but this is only optional.

I had an old skin I was making for a different car that I reworked for the 2020 FPIU template. So you can say I made it from scratch but most of the work was kinda already done.
