Download this first: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/26793-els-sahp-code-3-pack/
and take only the file ford taurus rename the fbi files in policeold2 and put here: /mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicle.rpf/

 

Installation: (You will need the legal copy of GTA and the Open IV software) https://openiv.com/
Replace the .ytd files with those provided in the archive

 

Slide the META files here:

Vehicle: /mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/
Handling: /mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/

 

Then drop the ELS files (necessary for the lightbar to work) here: /Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/Pack Default/
