U.S. Coast Guard Annihilator [LORE-FRIENDLY | LIVERIES] 1.0.0

Made from scrap, these are two lore-friendly liveries of the United States Coast Guard
(Red & White / Anniversary Yellow). Although the real-life counterpart (Los Angeles)
does not use HH-60T Jayhawks, I could not find a suitable lore-friendly model
that could represent HH-65 Dolphin.
