INSTALLATION:
1. FIRST, install Thehurk's Electraglide,
here:
2. Launch OpenIV and turn on 'Edit mode'.
3. Navigate to where you installed it and open 'policeb.ytd'.
4. Click import, in the top-left corner of the texture editor.
5. Select sign (in 'Files' folder) provided by me, click 'Open' and then 'Save'.
6. Exit 'Edit mode' and launch GTA. Enjoy.
