Install: OpenIV > GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday22ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

-Turn on "Edit Mode"
-Right click on the .ytd and click "Edit"
-Replace all liveries for the models (NOTE: Use the vehicles that I provided below as it may not fit if you use a different vehicle.)
