[2K&4K] Paleto Bay Police Department Pack 1.0.0

This pack is somewhat based off of Laguna Beach PD. I added a few things here and there to make it look a bit better, so no hate for that please. (for example, the 911 text on the side, and the hood text "POLICE")

On the pictures i used TickleMyElmo's LSPD Pack, but only for reference pictures. The livery's can be used on any car that used the same template, that i used to create the livery.

You may wonder, that's cool and all, but how do i know wich template did you use? Well, fun part is that you don't. lmao just kidding. The easiest way to you recognize if it will fit the vehicle
first try it on the cars that has the same year of make. Like "2018 Charger", or "2016 FPIS / FPIU" etc. If it comes to that, you can take a look at the livery that the vehicle came with, compare it with mine,
and if the placements are the same, then it will fit.

Instructions:

Replace the .png skin texture in the .ytd file for the vehicle in OpenIV. Vehicle texture are -usually- labelled as sign_xyz.
