This is the South Park PD CVPI , yes from the show South Park. There is a Lore Friendly version as well as an South Park version

 

Installation:

Replace the sign livery for each item in the respective ytd file. On some you'll need to replace it in the +hi.ytd file as well. This is using the TickleMyElmo [ELS] LSPD Pack models. In this case the CVPI.
