This Is a fully detailed (Not lore friendly) pack containing two skins for two vehicles ( Credit appointed below )
It is not exact to Pasco county's actual vehicles as I have made some modifications.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Go to where you saved the vehicles below
2) Click edit mode up the top right.
3) Go to the YTD File and open it. This is very important
4) Click the import button in the top left, and import the two skins involved in the zip file.
5) Delete the other preloaded skins and you are all good.
