Tipton County Sheriff's Office Skin Pack 2.0

   (0 reviews)

14 Screenshots

First skin pack for me of local Sheriff's Office. All vehicles use all blue lights, and I tried to find models that were at least reasonably close to the actual light set ups.  I have attached links to many of the packs that have models these skins will fit. Special thanks to all of those who put in the effort to create these great models. Some models may have a strong glare or reflection during the day that I usually fix by changing the paint to matte 'Ice White' using the trainer. Some of the vehicles in the screenshots have been changed since they were taken, but you can at least get a general idea of what they look like. Some files are 2K and others are 4K, I mostly use 2K and must not have saved the original 4K versions when I resized the files.

Are you open to requests? I love these textures Jb <33

I can give it a shot. Don't know how long it might take, depending on schedule. You'd just need to get some good photos of whatever you are requesting.

That's quite alright! Of course. Thank you so much Jb <3. Do you have kik or discord where I can send you some photos?

No I don't, but if you want to just attach them in an dm on here I can check them out.

This looks awesome! 😄 I actually converted the original files to PNG to make sure, and it is pretty cool! I use only the Crown Vic texture. The plate is a bit off-center, but it does not matter.  Nice job! 👌

Try using a different template. It looks like the skin you are using is for a different version of the Crown Vic. If you let me know what template you are using I probably have a skin for it. The rear plate should be a Tennessee license plate, while the front has a plate showing the car number. The skin you are using is for the car in the file I have attached, or any other CVPI with that template. The template you're applying it to also does not match up the coverage on the trunk where it should be all black instead of black and white.

Trunk= no bueno.

What it should look like.

File with correct template, although there are multiple files using that template.

If that isn't correct, let me know. I may have created a skin with the same unit numbers for multiple vehicle models.

So I use the BCSO 2011 CVPI -> cvpi_sign_1 4k.dds texture. And I actually put the skin on this model, right here:

I only use Non-ELS vehicles by the way.

It doesn't matter if it's an ELS model or not, the templates just have to match. The photo attached is the template used to make the skin superimposed over the template for the car you're using. As you can see they don't line up correctly and the one for the car you're using is smaller than the other template. They are pretty similar though, and that is why it looks better than the other version. If you don't want to use an ELS pack, I think the CVPI in the links below will match the skin.

I'm about to upload a possible fix for this skin on the model you're using. If it doesn't work, it should work with the CVPI in this pack, I just tested it.

This is great for me because I live in shelby county and i was making a setup for Memphis Police, SCSO, Millington Police, and THP but didn't want to put Shelby county in Blaine County. This basically solves my problem lol thanks!
