I am not sure if I get the concept here... to me it looks like an LAPD based skin but all blacked out, with a few extra details. If you would be so kind to explain. For the record I am not saying it bad or anything I just don't fully understand what you have created, I am pretty much neutral.

Yes, I have meant to change the original description, at first when I released it it was my own design, I will change it with the next update, which will be out soon.
