This was made for POLICESCO's 2016 FPIS: I (OfficerAndre) did not do any work on the model shown. Credit goes to POLICESCO.

 

 

 

Installation:

Spoiler

1. Open "police3.ytd" in OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the files in "Skin" over in the OpenIV window
   that poped up when you opened "police3.ytd".
3. Click "Ok" on the box that pops up when you do step 2.
4. Click "Save" in the bottom-right corner of the window.
5. Exit "Edit Mode", close OpenIV, start GTAV and enjoy!
