[4K] Blaine County SO, SA/Kershaw County SO, SC FPIU Skin 2.1.0

This is a file I've had laying around for months and just have neglected to upload it because I'm just that lazy at times. But here it is! It's a Kershaw County Sheriff's Office Skin for Thehurk's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility. It's a 4K skin made from scratch. It took about 3 weeks to perfect. Please do let me know what you think. Also this will work on most 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utilities.

In version 2.1.0 this skin now has a TARGET ZERO/SCLEN option on both the BCSO and the KCSO options. Please tell me what you think of it, follow me for more awesome skins, and leave a review to tell me what you think!

THE BELOW ISSUES HAVE BEEN FIXED

Looking over my file here I've noticed more issues than just the rear right unit number! The Deputy Sheriff writing on the rear of the vehicle isn't in the correct place. It's supposed to be "DEPUTY" on the left of the FORD emblem, and "SHERIFF" on the right of the FORD emblem. Also the unit number on the front left of the car wasn't in the correct place or the correct color either. It needs to be moved up and right to be right beside the grille and directly under the headlight and in a navy blue color. Also the unit number in the rear right isn't just too big, it's in the wrong place also and wrong color. It's supposed to be on the bottom right corner of the liftgate and a navy blue color. The last thing was an extra "F" in the "SHERIFF" on the rear liftgate. A fix for all of these minor issues will be released later today (Monday, December 4, 2017).

NOTE: THE REAR LEFT DOOR HANDLE AND THE REAR LIFTGATE AREN'T MY ISSUES! I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE MODEL OWNER, A.K.A THEHURK, AND I QUOTE HE SAYS "THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE MODEL ITSELF AND I NEGLECTED TO FIX IT"! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE A BAD RATING BECAUSE OF THIS WHEN THEY AREN'T MY ISSUES.
