I have lived in Kentucky for years.  This is pretty much accurate as far as I can tell.  Very good work!   There is only one minute detail that would make it 100 percent, STATE TROOPER and STATE POLICE lettering should be just a margin larger or bolder.  Otherwise, PERFECT!
