This is just a skin for LSPD based on the Buffalo, NY Police CVPI. I really liked the style and have never used blend in GIMP, so it gave me good practice... Hope you enjoy!!!

 

Known to work with the CVPI in miami pack (I used 1.5 but the new one should work as well):
