EVL hasnt been removed from LCPDFR. Its being hidden by me. It will be available soon when i release the newest update.

the model itself works, but the lights don't unless you have EVL, which is currently being hidden from the public by the creator, otherwise known as @Xplicit92 until the new update comes out.  

Any way to change the sirens? They're really annoying.

Yeah go into scrips/EVL/sirens and change them files. Make sure you name them the same though

It is so good because that was the biggest struggle of GTA 4 for me - only three siren tones. Now I can just dump in any one I want!

At the moment you can only replace 2 siren sounds. The wail and the Yelp in the EVL/siren folder. I'm going to include the hi-lo, airhorn and a few other tones in the next update 

I would use this car cause I really like the EVL lighting, but I cant get EVL, so......this sucks.

I have an issue with this mod - when the vehicle gets a small distance away from me, the car becomes smaller and black almost like its rendering in very low deatil to the point it dont even look like a car anymore, any fix for this?

That is called loading distances or L0, L1, L2, & etc... to save resources for the game plus most people wouldn't look at the car from a distance away to notice. Some might notice this because of their low end settings. This is not a bug.

I run my game on the highest settings and no other cars do it, I'd say it was a bug, but you go ahead and defend your broken model ;-)

The lights are not really bright at all for me. 

I can see the lights in daytime but they are not shiny or anything near that. I do have all my settings up to high or higher so that shouldn't be the problem, any ideas?

Please do not start anything. I am not defending the model in no way, I am just restating what I know it is. If in your opinion it is broken then why are you using it? If it's broke, don't use it.

What I would recommend is to get some type of visual mod for GTA V (Example: RadianceV by BxBugs123) to use. Once installed, in your graphic settings set PostFX to high or ultra. Then your lights should be similar or maybe better then my pictures above.

Ah, the old memories of visualSettings.dat...

Really good, nice job! Now if only we had more lightbars to mess around with.. Perhaps a Valor lightbar.

In your GTA V directory after you install ScripthookV .net and EVL.
