Dude, EXCELLENT QUALITY as usual! You never disappoint, that's for sure. What are you using to make your wires/cables? Blender or ?

Have you done any experimenting with Light dummies in Zmod? Like, Light#1 etc.? I've got a whole bunch saved to a .z3d if you're interested.

I use a blender to make my wires.

I want to make a radio wire. But after looking at the tutorial, I decided not to since it is much more complicated. Maybe I'll take a shot at it later and practice to make it so it'll become much easier once I know the step by step to making it.

I do use zmod like any other devs out there. They can use a blender to make their model, but it'll be a hassle to do that. Zmod is the best choice to make a model, and as for light dummies, I dont understand what you mean by light #1 and so on...

Blender is just not my thing yet. I've made wires that weren't horrible using Zmod so I'll stick with that.

To be honest, I'm not sure what the technical name for what I'm trying to say is. Creating a dummy and then in Polygon mode setting the dummy as a light source in the Scene Nodes Browser. It's nothing big, but I was playing with light sources for ALPR's and interior lighting that are always on type scenarios. The Light#1 was just a common example I've seen of what people have named theirs. It's just a normal dummy that you assign as a light using the Properties Tab in the Scene Node Browser. Here's a pic if that helps at all explain what the hell I'm trying to say...

I got what you mean now, just by looking at the pic. Those styles that you are referring to are mostly for those who are doing ULC for FiveM servers. They are designed to work for a 5m server only and not for any SP. You can adjust it a bit for SP, but it would go through DLS, and I do not use DLS nor like using it either.

It's not the fact that I hate it and I don't hate it at all, but the complication of making xml config for it is annoying already, and on top of that, the files itself is also annoying because it uses 1 and 0. Yes, you can use carcol in place of 1 and 0, but most that are doing DLS use 1 and 0 for their xml.

With me doing hybrid, it saves me a lot of time making models for those who are using the ELs XML while also acting like a non-ELS at the same time.
