Yes, you can use it both in single player and on your server.

how would i be able to use it on single player, never tried before

I really like this vehicle based on the screenshots. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show up in my game. I added it using LML, but it just won’t spawn :(

In what plan does it not appear? If possible, please send screenshots or videos of the problem.

I add it to the game with LML, I want to spawn it with simpletrainer, but when you enter "alamomed" you can't even find the vehicle in the list, unfortunately :(
