~ Install 32 Siren Script https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/28560-sirensetting-limit-adjuster/
~ Drag and drop contents of ADDON folder into
GTAV/mods/update/dlcpacks
~ Add
            <Item>dlcpacks:/unmram1 /</Item>
To GTAV/mods/update.rpf/data/dlclist.xml

(Optionally you may use LML to install the addon)

-Unfortunately Not, But I encourage you to make your own dls V2 config and please don’t hesitate to reach out for help.

awesome mod however it does not have law enforcement flags maing it not work for lspdfr other than that its perfect

If anyone is having problems with pulling over ai with this vehicle,

1. Go into OpenIV, Have edit mode on, Go into the vehicle.meta file  (GTAV>Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>unmram1>data>vehicles.meta) 
(make sure to right click on the vehicles.meta file and edit)
2. Press CTRL+F and type in flags
It'll already have some flags in it and that's fine, Just leave everything there
3. On Line 94, Highlight all of that and paste this into it  <flags>FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_IS_OFFROAD_VEHICLE FLAG_IS_BULKY FLAG_USE_FAT_INTERIOR_LIGHT FLAG_EXTRAS_RARE</flags> and click save.

Now you should be able to make traffic stops. The only downfall is that there's no siren still. I'll leave a comment if I find a way for that to work.
