INSTALL GUIDE
 

1. Drag and drop the addon package into DLCPacks folder in OPEN IV

2. Go into the path under in OPEN IV and edit dlclist and add the line under into the document file.
    <Item>dlcpacks:/23lightlar/</Item> 
Grand Theft Auto V Legacy\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data 

3. add the ELS file from the ELS folder into Grand Theft Auto V Legacy\ELS\pack_default
