ADD-ON
To install the ADD-ON, go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ and drop the "FTRANSITDU" folder.
Then go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\, right-click on DLCLIST.XML and click EDIT, then add the following line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/FTRANSITDU/</Item>
REPLACE
To install the replace version, go to mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and drop the "POLICET" files (or rename them to match the vehicle you want to replace).

ELS
Take the ELS folder from either the ADD-ON or the REPLACE version, and drop into ELS\pack_default.
