INSTALLATION:

Navigate to the dlcpacks folder via OPEN IV.
Drag and drop "rabbit21durangominipack" into the dlcpacks folder.
Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

Add the DLC pack line to the dlclist.xml.
Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Add the following line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/rabbit21durangominipack/</Item>

Install any ELS XML's with the pack via the GTA V root folder

ı have problem when inside the vehicle and hit the vehicle window normal tint shows up but when ı don't do this windows tint cannot show clearly like as if it didn't exist how can ı solve this ? and second question is : in the els file ur vehicle has '' 21durango'' ı have the exact same els file on other my vehicle How can I solve it so that it doesn't conflict with each other?

not sure about the tint issue as I'm not having that problem but as for the vehicle name, you'll have to rename the vehicle to something different including the metas

whenever i get in either car, all the lights are stuck on. tried to switch cruise lights off. figured i forgot to put the els files in, but they cycled thru all three stages just fine

How do u toggle extra 10? because when i go to the police station garage the gamer crashed

Use simple trainer and go to vehicle options > vehicle mod menu > vehicle components > hit either right or left arrow until you get to 10.

its means its ELS and non ELS at the same time.

I have toggled the cruise lights off on extra 10 as you stated. However, is there a way to toggle it off for the npcs driving since its still on for my back up units?

This should only toggle the LPR on spawn. It's not a guarantee but its worth a shot and it works for me on FiveM.

Hello Mr Rabbit, the lights(red and blue) are not working. The only lights i can get working are the two on the rear part of the car next to the plate.

I dont have ELS and you did write non els, but it is not working, i tryed to give it new ID just incase it was a conflict with ID.

I also tryed enable disable all extras while siren was on and no luck, they wont flash(light up).

this vehicle is an ELS hybrid meaning it uses ELS and Non-ELS
