Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it.

 

Here's a 2021 CHP GoRhino Charger that I made real quick. It's pretty similar to my CHP 2020 Charger, just that the rambar is changed and the extra numbers were switched slightly. There are CHP and SAHP livery options to choose from as well as some extra livery options such as ghosted liveries, the standard CHP textures are already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

Lighting
- Updated the 500 Series Stick model to Chungah's

- Updated the 500-V Series model to Chungah's

 

New Liveries
- Changed the yellow/gold color of the livery to be more gold
- Reworked/remade the door's logo and slightly improved the drop shadow on the door text
- Changed the trunk text to a new font
- Changed the size of the roof number text
- Added roof number stickers to the liveries, this is for a sticker seen on the siren controller for EV-20 models

 

New Interior Setup
- Changed the EV-20 setup mount to be slightly more accurate around the base and to fit the radar remote
- Updated the keyboard model to the proper model
- Updated the siren controller to the proper model with accurate textures
- Changed the radio to a better model
- Edited the base of the gun rack to fit the chargers
- Added the radar's remote
- Updated the mic model, mount, and location to the proper setup
- Added the roof number sticker to the siren controller, as liveries are changed the number shown will also change
- Added the partition as an extra
- Changed the texture on the iKey screen to a better texture

 

New Trunk Setup
- Added custom made trunk equipment trays
- Changed the position of existing trunk parts
- Changed the medbag texture to be a darker blue
- Added a flare box

 

Misc
- Changed the Parsec Belgian Shepherd model to a better model
- Added the Parsec Rottweiler antenna
- Changed the ES100C texture from the worn texture to the new texture
- Changed the back of the radar display to black
- Changed the way I did the US Flag window stickers. They're now visible on both sides, the inside has a new texture, and you'll no longer see the transparent parts of the texture when there's a glare on it.

- Updated the 500 Series texture for yellow/amber emissives to use the new lightbar's emissive, which looks more amber than before

- Changed the color of coronas/environmentals from yellow to amber

- Removed both ghosted textures from the options since neither belongs on this model

I think my game wants red and blue at the back too or like show it off.

Would it be possible for you could make a dark amber for the TA so we can download it and not use the yellow color?

The look of it will somewhat depend on graphics mods, if you want a specific feel to it you would probably have better success testing colors yourself with your setup

For the 500 Series Stick, the emissives use els_emissives texture

I can change that... but its the environment reflections that I could not change. I could make the lightbar from yellow to dark amber just fine, but I'm not sure how to change the reflection from yellow to dark amber. I wouldn't want to bother you and your time on other important matters, its the reflection that I don't know how to change.

In the carcols.meta and the DLS XML files replace "0xFFFFFF00" with "0xFFFF0300" and you should be good

I have a question. When I go to stage one, it lids up like stage 3. Was it supposed to do that? or did I do something wrong?

Stage 1 is only the rear lighting, the blue and amber go back and forth

One of the other modes can be activated only if Stage 1 is on, you might have that enabled. It's either Code 1 or Traffic Break but I don't remember which one

question here DLS is not for FiveM correct? And, if not is this going to have ULC attached for staged lighting?

DLS isn’t for FiveM and I don’t support all light stages for FiveM. I’ve thought about doing ULC after all planned models are done but I’m not sure, I’m going to make the final decision when I get to that point

All are planned, the unmarked CVPIs are already released but they're going to get a major update eventually and for unmarked SUVs I have FPIUs and Tahoes planned
