Paleto Bay Police:

These liveries are based off of East Hempfield Township PA. The vehicles are not based on anywhere in particular. I'm aware they may not be 100% accurate, however, I did make changes based on things I did not like. Most of it is correct, minus the striping on the trunks of the vehicles. I used the liberty with missing modules to switch it up a bit. It's too often that you see a full liberty, so I wanted this pack to be unique. The lighting in the pack is simple, which I believe is fitting for such a small department. 

The lightbar looks funky in the screenshots because of my graphics. It looks normal in game

Please use the included ELS files so the lights will function the way they were designed to. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments.  DM me if you find any bugs, so I can get them fixed as quick as possible. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIM is always appreciated.

     This small pack was my bounce back to this site after almost 2 1/2 years of not uploading. In the meantime, I have been creating a lot of things that I plan on releasing in the future. I have made some things I'm proud of, and some that I'm not so proud of. I refuse to release anything that I don't feel is my best work. That is not fair to the community that enjoys decent models. I've acquired a lot of new developmental assets, and I'm excited for the future releases. I appreciate all of the DM's that I have received, and all of the love and appreciation you guys have given me throughout my absence. I do not have as much time to work on things as I used to, but trust that I still do enjoy modeling when I can. This community can be toxic at times and It does take a toll on your confidence, however, I still stay motived to better myself and release quality content. welcoome back bro glad to see ur still making els cars . when i started lspdfr 3 years ago you were the very first car i downloaded. i love the car models .

    I like the stripping on police/ emergency vehicles. I find if it just says "police" it is too plain. It really only works with certain liveries.

    I like your packs, I dont mind if it is inaccurate in a certain aspect. Some stuff must be changed to make it look better and more functional.

    I love the car and I am using it... but I have a question.

     

    When I am trying to change to the patterns that I want for code 3, how come it doesn't work in-game?

    i had  the same problem too 

     

    livery wont spawn for me for the fpis

    Go ingame and then go into your TrainerV. Then go into Vehicles Option and scroll down to livery vehicle (something like that) and see if you can change it from there if there are multiple liveries

     

    If it doesn't allow you to do that, check your .ytd file for your vehicle and see if it's not damaged.

    Great pack man, hard to find a nice simple set up like these. Only thing I found is that that the livery for the marked fpis is messed up. Everything seems fine in oiv, but then in-game it does this

    you can always create your addon. Just google for an addon creator and then look for the video that shows you how to do it.
