Police Vapid Scout 2020 1.0 Single player

Hello, I have created a DDS livery file to put onto the model. I am having trouble converting it to a yft, as well as putting it onto the car. For some reason I am not able to ?attach the file below due to the size, how can I get it to you. Thanks!

Hi there! I have been testing the car, and I have some problems why I can't use it.

First of all, the police lights are bugged, which is solved with the ID Value of the sirens in the carcols and carvariations, but after many attempts I am not able to find the correct number.
Secondly, even putting the flag that has livery (which did not bring), it is still not detected within the game. 

If you were able to help me I would appreciate it very much.

This is a very good model, it is a shame it isn't compatible with ELS due to the extras (if I use the non-ELS to ELS mod).

You have to make a new 'dlc' in the file path Grand Theft Auto V \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks using OpenIV, and put the 'dlc.rpf' in this file into thefolder. then you need to go into 'dlclist.xml' in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and add a new line similar to the ones above with the name of the new 'dlc' file.
