i dont see a reason to as this doesn't contain any custom meta files and its just a single vehicle

I have to figure out how to do this, Once I figure it out... Wouldn't be something I'd be opposed to.

I like to have a stockpile of cars that dont get replaced so i can use anything whenever i want!

i understand but its a lot of work just for that IMO, u can always try setting it up urself using albos modding dlc

That never worked for me. No clue why. Plus other people could benefit from a addon 

This disappears when you get a specific distance away from it.

Great vehicle, but the lights won't flash for me. 

I love that its undercover and has a radar unit so I can still do my Vision Zero enforcement!  the tahoe also closely resembles this one from houston I just saw on youtube albeit the grill lights are slightly different!
