[ELS][DLC] FHP/SHP Pack 2.0

What started off as just 2020 FPIUs tuned into a year long project. This pack has been completely revamped from the ground up. You will need the 32 sirens mod(SSLA) for all the lights to work properly. With that being said there wont be a replace version anymore and some cars were removed. Main focus of this pack was to make FHPs newer Fed Sig fleet. One of the main things that was asked on here and in discord was FHP plates so I have added them onto the cars as well as non lore plates. This pack will work well with any other FHP pack out there non lore or lore.

 

Some of these cars have automatic scene lights when you get out of the car you can disable this feature in the ELS vcf or hitting the L key before getting out of the car. The 18 FPIUs don't have this feature because the lights are on the doors and the lights would be floating when the doors are opened and I hate floating lights, instead the white lights on the valor/visor turn off like IRL 
All of the K9 cars have the rear windows set to extras that won't go back if you fix the car. 
The Chargers have a passenger seat organizer as well that can be toggled with extra_10

Note: You add tint on the chargers thru the trainer

Really clean pack, but the handling lines are really weird. They behave like sports cars. Turns are way too direct and PIT's dont really work without going almost sideways.

Testers haven't had that type of issue, but I'll look into it when I get my game working.

i do not have ssla installed thats my problem then i didnt really read everything on the pack first so thats my bad but i have tried installing that before and never had any good luck with SSLA do i just install it in my main game or in plugins folder iv only ever run ELS so im not sure why SSLA never worked for me

IDK if you notice but on all chargers on the doors left bottom side they just blink white and not blue, but on the right side they are blue and white. Nice Job LOVE IT

On these cars stage 3 are all non els lights. I noticed on the control panel the WRN lights were changed to 11 so that's why they are flashing white. The white lights only come on when you get out of the car. The only lights you can change the pattern on thru the els panel are the yellow T/As. If you spawn a new car without changing the pattern thru the els panel it'll work

Any plans to make a ghost charger without the push bar? I think that would look better.

i know this is not on your end but i was wondering if you can give me an idea on why my cars do this on some on my dlc not all. i never had this until 2 updates again on gta. i made a whole new fresh install and still the same so idk where i fucked up on. thanks in advance

Absolutely a phenomenal pack bro. Since March, I've been patrolling as FHP. I haven't been able to find a good, modern pack. I know there's that mega pack but it's all old vehicles. I drive 100 miles on FL highways every day and see the iconic charger with the valor, more times than I can count, so I want to play with that. So this pack means a lot to me and I can see that you put a lot of damn good work into it.

 

The only thing I'd say is that the slicktop charger has red on the back bar, which should be blue. But they look phenomenal!

Thanks! So the charger with red is a car they use in real life it's an older code 3 charger that was requested by a member of my staff so that's the only older car I have in that pack. But yes there is a version with all blue as well

Make sure you're on directx 11 in graphics settings

Having an issue with this pack - none of the vehicles will pull over civilian cars in LSPDFR. No other issues with other packs

Yeah so after I commented that, I actually saw an Instagram post from FHP at the back of a slicktop charger and it did have red in the back so that's fair. Where can I find the all blue version though?

 

Also, I'm having issues with this pack now. It was working fine but all of the sudden without changing anything, the model names come up as invalid. Any ideas? TIA!

So I figured out my own problem lol.

 

The spawn code issue was because I was using a different pack previously that just had FHP1-15 or so, compared to this one using vehicle names. I hadn’t played in a couple days and tried to use the old codes since I still had them written down in front of me then realized that they’re old and I’m using a new pack lol.

 

I also found the all blue charger, under the 23 charger ST.

 

Last thing, cruise lights. Right now on vehicles with lightbars, the cruise just turns on the corners of the light bar, and nothing on the slick tops. Would you be able to make it so cruise turns all the lights on? I’ve seen this plenty of times IRL, a trooper going down the highway with all of his lights on steady burn. I know there’s a steady burn feature in the ELS file so maybe I can mess around with it and see if I can get that to work. 
 

But everything is phenomenal man, really amazing pack!

With the lore friendly plates, there's only the texture replace, but there is no replace for the plate normal textures?

There also are some lore friendly liveries missing such as the ghost charger.

I'll take some time to make a lore version of the ghosted charger, same with making lore versions of the plates here in the next couple of days.

Cruise lights on the slicktops will be fully up to sky, he's currently busy working on another pack plus moving. 

He's planning on updating the pack soon ish with some new vehicles but there is no ETA on it. 

 

With the second thing about AI not pulling over, none of the testers including me had that issue after installing each update including this last one, are you able to provide a video or at least some idea of which vehicles have that issue?

Ok Everything is spot on but only one thing which is unrealistic is that in the day time the highbeams are only wigwagging on the 2020 fpius but in real life the whole module should be wig wagging in the daytime , in the night time the highbeam wigwags since the lowbeam is already on. Pls fix this other than that its perfect also the headlight and highbeams have slightly different hues

Love the pack.. I just cant figure out how to turn off the auto-spotlight when exiting the vehicle.
