This is another free release for you all after my return, 2018 SAHP Dodge Charger Based on Nevada Highway Patrol's 2018 Charger. It is not exactly 1-1 to their IRL version but I'm relatively happy with it, I will probs come back and update this in the future and may even make some more NHP based stuff also.

I do plan on adding to this charger however it will all be non els as i dont have much of an idea around ELS vehicles

    How are you going to put meta and lua files along inside the file and not even put a text document explaining them even in the slightest bit. Of course the seasoned guys know what to do with the documents but a lot new people that only know how to replace and maybe do an add on, you expect them to know what to do with those documents????
