Pigeon Studios Title

A fictional take on the Law Enforcement Prisoner Transports used in Los Angeles. Have you ever looked at the stock GTA Prisoner Transport, and though you needed some 'spice'? This will add a whole new dimension to your patrols and prisoner collections. With a fresh look and more features than it's predecessors.

DESCRIPTION

− LCPDFR has seem too 'vanilla' with the stock Grand Theft Auto V Emergency Vehicles. This release allows the community to add some spice, to transporting prisoners to and from custody.

− REAL AGENCY and LORE FRIENDLY prisoner transport which has been inspired bymultiple photographs from agencies within Los Angeles.

− Fictional take on Law Enforcement Prisoner Transports used in Los Angeles.

− LORE AND REAL LIFE AGENCIES

NOTES

− Consult the readme.txt inside the .zip for further information.

BASIC INSTALLATION
− OpenIV
− Mods Folder
− 1. Install both .yft's and .ytd's in the latest patch day (\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday25ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\)
− 2. Install .xml into your ELS file (\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default)
− 3. Start your game.

This has been rectified in the v.1.3 update. This was delayed due to the update from Rockstar themselves postponing any visual reviews inside of the game, rather than solely relying on OpenIV.

Steps on installing a Livery

1. Open the policet.ytd

then go to the search bar and search sign (this will show two options, express_sign_1 and express_sign_2)

and replace the image with the livery you'd like to use.

@Pigeon Studios policet.ytd - this file should contain a low quality texture (512x512 or 1024x1024)

policet+hi.ytd - this file must contain a high quality texture (2048x2048 or 4096x4096)

You should also edit the configuration in the "vehicles.meta -> lodDistances" file, as at close range the car's wheels and other body elements disappear.

For example, I put the following:

</lodDistances>

or a universal option:
