lights are not seen to be working at certain angles, absolute same issue with other non els vehicles.

are you on lspdfr or fivem? if you are on fivem and all you need to do is change the carcoles value,

lspdfr, even tried ELS on ELS vehicles, it does the same, doesnt load els

You can not use non els in lspdfr, cause the vehicle is not set to be used in lspdfr.

how do you install this to lspdfr/singleplayer i have been struggling with these type of files, if someone can explain good ill be happy

I don't think Non-Els will work with ELS lspdfr.
