This file feels more like a business ad than anything meant for the fun of the community.

 

You really need to work on the description and exclude all the fake legal garbage and donation perks.  This is the LSPDFR community which offers free mods.  We don't need people posting mods that are full of ads.

    Sorry to say this but before you create and ad like this you need to make a livery way better quality, based from the pic above this livery is 2k quality and isn't very pleasant if people pay for your service you have to make it top quality not 2k
