How to install the police car:
1. You need OpenIV
2. Enter edit mode
3. go to GTA V/mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf Replace the files [police2.yft---police2_hi.yft---police2.ytd]
4. go to GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/Right-click on vehicles.meta and select Edit And replace The code listed below
5. ELS file: Go to the folder where the GTA V game is installed on your computer: Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default/police2.xml - And put this file here
