I think if you want to keep it authentic, you have to have:

(1) remove "interceptor" on the hood (or change base model)

(2) dual spotlight

(3) different Federal Signal Valor Lightbar model (that has 2 lights for steadyburn under the lightbar)

Nice try though! It's good to see non-ELS 2016 LAPD explorer as there is none at the moment.

ps. I think you missed out the base model credit(?)

The base model you really cant change, also LAPD do use that lightbar it is just newer. I am not the creator of the vehicle nor do I know how Zmodeler works but I saw him working on the vehicle as I was talking to him and asked him about the interceptor thing and he said it is not changeable so yea.  I can ask him tho to see if he can do that as he doesn't respond to comments

Its FiveM ready you open the rar file and there will by a folder called 16exp drag that into your resource folder.

Finally figured out how to import cars, but can't get the lightbars to turn on. Can I get any help?
