Hello everyone This is my pack that I've been working on for a long time.
There are 13 cars in the pack. Each of them has from 5 to 10 liveries. Basic liveries, K9 unit liveries, gang unit liveries, supervisor liveries, and ghost liveries. Also, some of them have an extra 12 - wraparound pushbar, which you can remove or put on if you want.

Installation tutorial
1. Download OpenIV - https://openiv.com
2. Download ELS and all the modifications necessary for it to work - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/13865-emergency-lighting-system/
3. Copy the ELS folder from my archive to the main folder of GTA 5.
4. Copy the faustbcso folder to the path GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Open the file dlclist.xml by path GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
6. Add a line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/faustbcso/</Item>
7. Save and run GTA 5.
8. Enjoy

If your GTA crashes
If your GTA crashes after installing this pack, it is likely that will help you to download Gameconfig (1.0.2189.0) for Limitless Vehicles. Just in case, make a backup of your gameconfig, which is located mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/

What's New in Version 2.0

Released

  • Fixed Explorer Lightning
  • 2014 Charger now has a wraparound pushbar as extra12, and it can be removed like on other cars
  • Added 2006 Tahoe with lightbar as bcso13

I think this is the latest version of the pack. I'm tired of working on it. If you want to modify the pack, add liveries, cars, or red&blue version, then I don't mind. Just mention me as the creator of the original pack.

and do you think you can make the spotlight mod work with these?

    Pack is amazing! I have been using it for the last few hours. I know it was hard work and you delivered a great product. Everything is working good. The only thing I would ask when and if you decide to update this pack is a slick top 14 and 18 charger with ALPR for the ghost skins. Thanks for making this pack we really needed a good pack.

    im confused ik how to put them in but

     

    on loading it stops and gose back to desktop🤔🤦‍♂️

    I load up my game and as in on the loading screen like a min or 2 it stops and goes to the desktop.

     

    but if i don't have the line and just the folder it is fine but ovibisly it wont work without the line.

    The headlights on the Ford Explorer don't work properly. They are seen as lit when viewing the outside of the car, but they don't actually produce any light into the environment if that makes sense.

    NOPE!!! LOL i put everything in with out doing that 🙂. everyone elses works just not this. iv been doing this for years .

    My game is doing the same thing. It's crashing with this pack installed and not sure why? I just removed it and my game loaded fine.

    Thank you, I live in Jefferson County this is exactly what I'm looking for. I can say with confidence this pack is pretty realistic.

    I have had that problem with a couple of packs that use the command line, I don't know how to fix it.

    The other way of uploading els vehicles works fine though

    Guys, if your GTA crashes, try to download this config. Most likely it will help. But, just in case, make a backup of your gameconfig. And for this gameconfig you'll need to install heap limit adjuster and packfile limit adjuster (although I have it working without packfile adjuster)

    I installed the game config and the other things, and now my game doesn't crash, but I can't see the cars in the garage.

    Having the same issue. The headlights don't actually turn on or relflect any light on the road. I see a single small white dot on the ground on both left/right lights as if the angle was pointed down to throw light in the ground, more like fog lights almost. Not sure if you also noticed or had issues but the drivers side tail light also shuts off when you turn on stage 3 lighting/els. Not sure if it there is an error with the vcf for the explorer or something else. Will try reinstalling els today.

    I think there are some problems with the explorer. I'll try to fix it.
