Hello everyone This is my pack that I've been working on for a long time.
There are 13 cars in the pack. Each of them has from 5 to 10 liveries. Basic liveries, K9 unit liveries, gang unit liveries, supervisor liveries, and ghost liveries. Also, some of them have an extra 12 - wraparound pushbar, which you can remove or put on if you want.

Installation tutorial
1. Download OpenIV - https://openiv.com
2. Download ELS and all the modifications necessary for it to work - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/13865-emergency-lighting-system/
3. Copy the ELS folder from my archive to the main folder of GTA 5.
4. Copy the faustbcso folder to the path GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Open the file dlclist.xml by path GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
6. Add a line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/faustbcso/</Item>
7. Save and run GTA 5.
8. Enjoy

If your GTA crashes
If your GTA crashes after installing this pack, it is likely that will help you to download Gameconfig (1.0.2189.0) for Limitless Vehicles. Just in case, make a backup of your gameconfig, which is located mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/

What's New in Version 2.0

Released

  • Fixed Explorer Lightning
  • 2014 Charger now has a wraparound pushbar as extra12, and it can be removed like on other cars
  • Added 2006 Tahoe with lightbar as bcso13

I think this is the latest version of the pack. I'm tired of working on it. If you want to modify the pack, add liveries, cars, or red&blue version, then I don't mind. Just mention me as the creator of the original pack.

Yes. Now I'm working on the second version of the pack: fixing bugs, adding some slicktop cars, and probably make red&blue lights

    I'm experiencing game crashes after installing this pack, I have already installed the gameconfig beforehand, can anyone advise on a solution please?

    Me neither, I have tried everything that I could think of. I really like this pack though, and I really enjoy using it so I'm hoping we can find a solution. Aside from the issue I'm experiencing, you did a fantastic job with this pack.

    It appears that I have downloaded the older version instead of the newer version, can this cause the issue I'm currently experiencing?

    make sure you add it to your dlclist.xml and you should be able to spawn them using names "bcso1", "bcso2", etc

    I'm sorry to say but i really want to use this for lspdfr but my game keeps crushing. when installed when my game would't crush with out it

    I have the same issue. I was able to add the LSPD legacy mega pack and spawn those in, but I've tried the blueghostpack and BCSO packs and they are not listed in console. Initially I had game crashes but solved with the game config and other files.

    the visor bar in the 2020 tahoe is scaled down small not sure if this was on accident but i thought id let you know

    go to openiv:

    find the last dlcpack and then add the following line after it
