the changing of light pattern doesnt work for me

I am unable to make traffic stops with the car, i think its an ELS file problem

ELS has nothing to do with traffic stops. Try reinstalling LSPDFR. If that doesn't work then i'm not sure what to tell you.

Every car works fine with traffic stops, im just saying when you have time try to make a traffic stop with LSPDFR ull see the issue mate

I tried it and it works fine for me. I'm not sure what your issue is.

Press CTRL + P and it should pause the game. Exit pause menu and you'll see the ELS control panel at the bottom right of your screen. Then press U and I to change patterns.
