Yes it can!  And yes it does.  use a thing called lennys mod loader, or make it an addon vehicle through a dlc.rpf, i think albo did a series on it a few years ago!

    I don't know if it's just me or does the vehicle look a little crooked? Like the the wheels are not aligned properly. Drivers side looks lower vs the passenger side.1979875319_Screenshot(137).thumb.png.595d4afd04a2c73ec94497a75258079b.png

    Pretty sure its angle. Couldnt be for sure though.
