oh too bad non els, can this be els, any chance of making this els it would look sick. I don't know how many effin times i see this dumbass question being asked when first of all if the model you're looking at is under the NON-ELS tag of the vehicle-police-fivem-nonels, then clearly it is intended to be used as a NON-ELS VEHICLE ONLY. So stop asking the same damn useless question if this or that can be made into els, when you should know the answer is going to be NO.

is it at all possible that you could add a handling line to it? it maxes out at like 90 with ems upgrades on
