This pack is a collection of wheel types for various police vehicles.
The purpose is to allow players to further customize their rides to fit their taste.

 

SO HELP ME GOD, IF I SEE ANY ONE OF YOU HEATHENS USING A WHEEL THAT DOESN'T FIT THE VEHICLE YOU PUT IT ON,
I'LL SLAP YOU ON THE TIT.

 

After much consideration, I’ve had a change of heart. 
FiveM usage is allowed FOR THIS WHEEL PACK ONLY.

 

-----Installation-----

1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Enable Edit Mode

3. Drag and drop the "wheelvarietypack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder

4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"

6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
    <Item>dlcpacks:/wheelvarietypack/</Item>

7. Click Save

8. Start GTA V.

There are 18 wheel choices that will fit most common police vehicles in modern model years. 
Ford CVPI: 3
Ford Police Interceptor: 2
Dodge Charger: 7
Chevrolet Caprice: 1

Chevrolet Tahoe: 4

Chevrolet Impala: 1

 


USE THE CORRECT WHEEL FOR THE CORRECT VEHICLE AND TRIM LEVEL
NO ALL-WHEEL-DRIVE WHEELS ON A REAR-WHEEL-DRIVE CHARGER, GOD DAMN IT.


-----Applying your wheels-----

Simply open your trainer menu, and navigate to the wheel customization section. You will find them under the "Sport" category

Don't forget to delete the old textures from the vehshare.ytd

    Praise the LORD! I have been hoping for a  long time for something like this! Thank you. As you say you are willing to expand this, I think some different types and generations of Tahoe rims would be excellent.

    can you be a little more specific as to where the vehshare.ytd is in the x64e.rpf archive?

    Can you allow them to be streamed to FiveM, there is only like 1 complete wheel modifications pack and it's missing some rims that you have. I think roleplayers would be happy to have this.

     What do you mean???... x64e is in the main GTAV folder with all the other x64 files...

    x64e can be copied to the "mods" folder at any time.

    Yeah I agree though with the FiveM request. It'd be pretty cool to see.

    Only issue is a vehshare.ytd doesn't stream properly. You'd have to integrate the textures else where, or make them apart of the rims/wheels themselves.

    Well I mean, the ones FOR FiveM have no texture file, they're all inside the YDR file, and they just replace the default wheels... So I mean, he could probably just do something similar which would be really sweet, because especially those AWD Charger steelies are what I am looking for, they're really clean looking.

    So can someone tell  me how to import the textures after i have navigated to my x64e archive

    just not sure the path to take after i open my vehshare.ytd.

    Make sure the x64e archive is in your mods folder. Just double click the vehshare.ytd and click ‘Import’

    i can't seem to understand how you go from quality tires to shitty tires? you uploaded a good quality eagle rsa, but why not re-use it on the other rims? and the fact that you're actually to lazy to take proper pics on the proper models noice. matt has very good quality charger rims  which you should have included instead of those you currently have. impala tires seems just to be black pretty nice. and why use hurks old tahoe rims? their very bad. most of the rims aren't even fitted properly. please update this with better tires and rims.

    Absolutely brilliant wheel pack!!! Can’t wait to see the other rims you bring out, there’s just 2 things I have to say, the Tahoe rims are too small when I put them on a Tahoe, and the cvpi rims seems too skinny they need to be a little fatter, if you need pics of what I mean i can send you them 👍🏼

    Everything works for me I just don't know which rims go on which cars, the only ones I know are the CVPI rims and the charger rims
