Not sure why, but as soon as the engine is dirty, it does this for me:

where did you guys place this? i put it in latest patchday and it didnt overwrite the stock firetruck

because it is an add on model 

How do I make the siren sounds the same at the firetruck model?

Just rename all the files "firetruk" and leave the .ytd/ytf and put it in patchday 3 vehicle .rpf

try dragging the YTD file from open IV to the file in the server it will ask if u wanna replace the ytd that exists in the folder of the vehicle click yes restart the server and enjoy your new livery

Great fire truck but the sirens are police sirens? Even though <audioNameHash>FIRETRUK</audioNameHash> is firetruck?
