To my knowledge I would need to locate a set of running light lightbar to make them flash. The ones I seen on lspdfr got taken down

It's possible to make them how ever it will be some time before I can return to my normal schedule due to irl issues

Oh, it's totally ok. Don't spend your time if it's kinda challenging, I just asked for if the users are able to make them flashing by themselves with editing sth or the ELS file.

The drl or the head lights aka the wig wags. The head lights and front indicators should be alternating

is there a way i can change the color of the car  ? Ive tried simple trainer but it doesn't work ! i would do it my self but i don't know anything about modding . If You don't have time and are busy don't worry about it's  still awesome  car as is !!

i can create a transparent skin as it will allow you to change the color of the vehicle.,  if you have photo shop you can import the skin into photoshop and make it transparent. as of right now i have a family situation and i will not be able to fix it until late september. thank you for the  comment on the charger.
