How do I install the carcols.meta file so I can get the lights and sirens to work?

For singleplayer or fivem? This is made for fivem only, because no one uses non-els for singleplayer unless its a hybrid vehicle

Im really not sure how to put this in  for singleplayer, there are many ELS Models out there that you can use, only thing is you have to do is install ELS

Hey I got a fixed Vehicles.meta for ya, since the one provided in downloads seems to not have a vehicle class type for VC_EMERGENCY and so forth

I got it installed on our FiveM Server, but how does one get it to work with LuxArt Lighting?
Also, how does one get into the back of the vehicle? I added FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE. But it still has my MCC labeled as a compact vehicle. Can anyone look at it?

at some point in time I'd love to see some one turn this into a mass casualty van it be awsome!

Does anyone know how to fix it saving under "compacts" and the lights turning on with E and no sirens.

I changed compact to something else. I can't remember what. But it worked. I think I changed it to emergency or bus or something. 

Not sure if this vehicle is still being worked on, however how do you get the sirens to work? (FiveM)

Change VC_Compact to VC_EMERGENCY

www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-peterbilt-579-mobile-incident-command  (for  single players use this its a ELS Vehicle)

The lights do not flash on my FiveM server
