I recommend PM'ing some of the skin makers and see if they'd be willing to let you use one of theirs.

I like how it has no skin by default though so we don't need to worry about deleting excess skin slots or missing one and getting duplicate skins (multiple departments)

I agree with Gio. Most texture devs won't mind letting you use one of their textures as long as proper credit is given. To fix the backwards takedowns I would suggest this -

I can't get the lights to function correctly. The fog lights and brake lights steady burn and the side runners only work on the directional 😞

Waterford.. where we have a seized 85 Corvette that's solid yellow.  Black and white FPIUs and FPISs, All white caprices, Blue and white cvpis, unmarked silverados and impalas and many more.  My town has too many cruisers.
