Sometimes the lightbar doesn't work.  I have to spawn the vehicle in several times to get a working lightbar.  When I call for backup, the backup also shows up without working lightbars.  Thoughts?

Hey, buddy, it's not the lights, It's most likely your window tints blocking the lights. Go to your trainer if you have one, and into vehicle options and turn your window tints to "NONE" and all lights should work.As for backup, you may have to manually go into the vehicles file and change the window tints there for the vehicle.

Okay, so I was also experiencing this issue, and discovered the issue is actually with the vehicle's "dirty" texture. When the vehicles becomes dirty, the windows slowly become "pitch black", and the lightbar seems to slowly get covered by an invisible shield over time as the car gets dirty. The issue is actually quite annoying as I find myself having to constantly use "Clean Vehicle" in the trainer.
