This is a Los Santos Police Department/Los Santos Sheriff's Department Pack, it currently features two cars, but many more are to come. The CVPI's Skin has been updated since the screenshots, so it is a bit of a surprise. But,  expect much more out of this!
 

Install Guide:

Place the ELS Config in the ELS folder under pack_default

Install the cars under the latest patchday

 

Note: 

Improvements will come in the updates. 

Let me know of any bugs.

I like the In God We Trust, it's authentic.
Anyway, I'm a noob, I have the files put in the right patchupdate.
But the instructions for the ELS are lacking, where is my ELS folder? how do i get one?
can you update hte instructions for the new folks who have never done it before, with a bit more step by step? thanks.

    You need ELS installed and you'll find the folder here: Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

    I will do that with the next update! But, Download ELS, and then enter the ELS folder, go to pack_default and drop the two ELS files in there!

    The rambar is a bit shinny, and the takedowns don't light up the front of the car. but other that nice job! :thumbsup:

    Not sure if the takedowns comment was good or bad, but the takedowns are supposed to be like that! I'll fix the rambar (what car was that) because the ram bars weren't shiny on my game but that could be due to the Graphic mods I have. Thanks!

    ya sorry, the takedowns don't light up the area when I turn them on. and it was the Crown Vic rambar.

    gUys to find the ELS folder you have to delete every file on your computer your welcome.

    I can't even begin to understand why you said he put no effort into this. This is a Model, not a skin. Do you know how much ti e it takes to make a vehicle look good and work? The effort this guy put into this files is enormous and for you to say he didn't is just disgusting to the community. You seem to not appreciate the time the people who make these car take out of there schedule to make a new car for the community. Please learn more on what it takes to make these things before judging the skin and car. There are plenty of skins that will work for the template that these cars use, but you should only judge the car not the skin. The skin is the last piece the modders focus on when making cars. If there are mistakes then so be it. You can find tons of packs that have skin for all these car templates.

    I love this pack I couldnt wait to get it installed. Only problem im having is the explorer I have both signs in the file set to sheriff but it still shows in openiv and spawns with police. Any ideas? And did you remove the solid black skin from the cvpi? No complaints im using it as we speak. Great job

    why don't you make your own modifications? @IndianaisMyState is doing something great for this community he doesn't need hate from a bunch of kids who doesn't have any knowledge in skinning, that's my opinion.

    If you are talking about marquess, he has been harassing this file, and trolling since I uploaded it, and it all started with the In God We Trust. So he isn't giving an honest opinion anymore.  He has had quite a bit of comments deleted by staff, so if this is about him  they aren't "attacking" him.  When he stops harassing me and my file I bet they will stop complaining. But I don't control them so.
