Are the corona's (or what they called) blue?

because i see red and blue and when i install the visualsettings.dat i dont have the corona's.

als ik de auto installeer zie ik rood en blauw als licht.

maar wanneer ik de visualsettings.dat installeer zie ik helemaal geen politie lichten behalve dan de blauwe texture's
